The undergraduate psychiatry curriculum equips medical students with essential knowledge and skills in Psychiatry during their clerkship, preparing them to thrive as health professionals in the 21st century. As the saying goes, “There is no health without mental health” our program integrates Psychiatry and Mental Health, providing future doctors with an in-depth understanding of the complexities of human health challenges and fostering a more comprehensive approach to patient care.

By emphasizing the biopsychosocial model in understanding the aetiology and care of diseases, we encourage our students to move beyond a purely biological perspective.
