Prof. Iyiade Adeseye Ajayi, MB;BS (Unilorin), FWACS, FMCOph, Medical retina specialist .

Prof. Ajayi Iyiade Adeseye graduated from University of Ilorin in 1998 where she bagged MB;BS degree.

She became a practicing Ophthalmologist in April, 2009 having completed her residency program in records time as fellow of the West African College of Surgeons as the best graduating Ophthalmology resident of the year in the entire West Africa. She bagged the fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College in April 2010.   She later proceeded to LV PrasadEye Institute in India for subspecialty training in the management of Vitreous and retina diseases (Medical Retina) in year 2013.

She has authored scientific peer reviewed papers both in Local and International journals.  She is presently a Professor in the Department.
