.Dr. (Mrs.) F. C. Oladele holds a Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.) in Biochemistry (2005) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Master of Science (2008) and Doctor of Philosophy (2018) in Chemical Pathology from University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Oyo State. She also obtained a National Certificate in Education (NCE) in Computer/Mathematics (1998) from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Oyo State. Her area of interest is Reproductive Endocrinology and Nutrition.

She has published many articles both in local and international journals. She is a member of the following Academic and Professional bodies: Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD), EKSU Chapter in which she is the current General Secretary and a member of the Association of Clinical Chemist of Nigeria (ACCN). She was appointed as the Acting Head of the Department on the 1st of August, 2023.

She has served as chairperson and member of many committee within the College of Medicine and representatives of the Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences within the University.
