It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the Department of Chemical Pathology in the faculty of Basic Clinical Science, of College of Medicine (EKSUCOM). The Department is one of the four Departments that constitute Laboratory Medicine. We deal with the biochemical basis of diseases and the application of biochemical and molecular techniques in diagnosis. The Department, though very young, created in 2012, is blessed with young, dynamic and committed lecturers. We are committed to contributing our quota to the training of seasoned Medical Doctors who are prepared for the global medical challenge.
