Dr Ogundare, Ezra Olatunde is a Neonatologist and a Fellow of the West African College of Physicians (Paediatrics). He also has interest in Paediatric Infectious diseases and vaccinology. He is a Reader at the College of Medicine, Ekiti State University.

He graduated from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, where he obtained the MBChB degree in November 2000. He had his Residency Training in Paediatrics at the Wesley Guild Hospital Unit of the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex, Ile-Ife between May 2004, and April 2010.

He worked briefly as a Research Clinician at the Medical Research Council Unit, The Gambia between 2010 and 2012 immediately after his residency training programme. He was part of the team that conducted a pneumococcal vaccine trial.

He became a lecturer at the Ekiti State University, College of Medicine in September 2012 and has since published over fifty (50) research papers in reputable scientific journals internationally and locally.

Dr Ogundare E.O. is a passionate Neonatologist whose practice extends beyond the State. He is a member of various professional organizations where he has served and he is also serving, he is the current National Treasurer of the Nigerian Society of Neonatal Medicine (NISONM).
